Terms of Service

Subject to the terms and conditions, Greater Outlook agrees to provide expungement services including but not limited to typing the expungement packet, document distribution to necessary parties, notification when each step of the process is done, and notary services, for the purposes of assisting you in applying and receiving an expungement (removal of criminal record).

Client agrees to pay the cost of filing the Petition for Expungment. The fee is $52.50. The client also agrees to pay the certified mailing costs.

If your order is not granted due to the fault of Greater Outlook and the problem cannot be amended you will have 100% of your monies for the expungement services, returned to you in a money order.

Client warrants that all information provided to Greater Outlook is accurate and true as any false statements may solicit denial to grant and this will not be considered as fault upon the part of Greater Outlook.  No refund will be made due to falsified or misrepresented information.  It is the client's obligation to review and correct any information prior to final submittal to Greater Outlook.
